1. Initial Consultation
At the initial, free-of-charge, consultation we gain insight into the nature and scope of the project by
discussing factors such as design motifs, themes, materials to be used, timeline and the general
budgetary parameters.
2. Design Process
We apply our experience and creativity to your project. More than assisting you in selecting the most
efficient design, the best layout, the optimum use of space, and the right products and materials, we
will create an effective action plan. Your ideas and requirements are very important to us because we
want your project to reflect your vision. Finishing elements such as door styles, hardware, counter
top materials, appliances, plumbing fixtures, stone vs. tile layouts, vanities, and glass enclosures
are all incorporated into the design. Customized proposal for your project will include scope of work
and estimates for labor and materials. A modest retainer is required at this stage.
3. Installation
Once the project is accepted and approved, a contract that includes the pricing, detailed project
description and finalized design plans is prepared and signed. The product delivery is scheduled and we
coordinate with our in-house design consultants, project managers and experienced installers to execute
the renovation and installation.
4. Finishing Touches
At MONARCH Kitchen and Bath, we are committed to getting the job done right. Upon completion of each
project we take the time necessary to ensure complete customer satisfaction and will make any finishing
touches necessary. At MONARCH Kitchen and Bath, we pride ourselves on our integrity, attention to detail, and

At MONARCH Kitchen and Bath, We offer 4 different ways we service our clients.
- Do-It-Yourself: We provide the materials. You do the installation.
- Contract-It-Yourself: We provide the materials. You hire your own installer.
- Cabinet Only Installation: We provide the cabinets and the cabinet installation.
- Complete Installation programs: We’ll provide all the materials from cabinetry and countertops
to plumbing and electrical – even appliances – and handle the entire job through final installation.
