Helios Chicago Apartments works with landlords throughout the city find renters for their condos, apartments and single family homes through the following process:

1. Complete Helios Chicago Apartments listing agreement.
2. Our experienced agents will advertise your unit and arrange all the showings.
3. Once we’ve found an interested party, we will handle the entire application process. In doing so, we will do a full credit check, verify previous landlord information and verify employment references.
4. Then, it is up to you, the owner, to accept or deny the application.
5. Once qualified tenants are secured, we will complete the lease paperwork and arrange a lease signing.
6. All that is left then is to arrange the move-in!
